Originally Ageless Acupuncture, Ageless Healing Arts was the first full Chinese Apothecary in Saratoga Springs, NY. Owner Bridgette Shea is the author of two books: Handbook of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, and Cultivating Your Microbiome. This is her private practice and she offers Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, Health Coaching, Reiki, and classes in Acupressure, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork.
