Saratoga Community Health Center is the only facility of its kind in the Saratoga area providing high quality, primary, dental, behavioral and addiction medicine health services to members of our community, regardless of their insurance status and ability to pay. For many of our patients, we are their first experience with routine health care which makes a dramatic difference in quality of health and life. Staffed with knowledgeable, compassionate health care professionals, we will do everything we can to keep you and your family well, connect you with community resources when necessary and help you navigate through the health system.

Dr Sophia Conroy entered medical school after 13 years with human rights and social justice organizations. She earned a Doctor of Medicine degree with a distinction in bioethics from Albany Medical College and completed a residency in family medicine at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Dr Conroy is board certified in family medicine, and serves on the Public Health Commission of the New York State Academy of Family Physicians. She sees patients at Saratoga Community Health Center.
