Our mission is to bring the community together, one perfect morning at a time, with kettle-boiled NY-style bagels, freshly roasted artisanal coffee, and pastries that transport you straight to Paris. Every morning, we craft our bagels, pastries, and breads by hand, with care, and with ingredients we’re proud of. Our menu is intentionally simple so the quality of our baked goods can shine.
