When you've experienced something painful, it can change how you see yourself and relationships. My role is to offer a safe space where you don't have to go through it alone. I specialize in EMDR therapy and trauma counseling for women and adults in Saratoga Springs and the surrounding Capital Region who are struggling with trauma, life changes, and relationship issues. Through EMDR, Brainspotting, and meaningful conversation, we work together to help you move forward.
